Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care aligned with clinical protocols and the scope of practice.
- Monitor vital signs, document clinical observations, and report changes promptly.
- Administer medications as authorized and maintain accurate MAR records.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
- Support physicians and multidisciplinary teams with treatment plans and patient flow.
- Educate patients and families on care instructions when required.
- Maintain confidential records and comply with facility documentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Health & Safety, clinical governance, and MOHRE requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Nursing experience with UAE/GCC exposure preferred.
- DHA/DOH/MOH eligibility or license.
- MOFA Attestation: Nursing degree and relevant certificates must be attested as per UAE onboarding requirements (including MOFA where applicable).
- Language: English required. Arabic is an advantage.
