Key Responsibilities
- Assist with table setup, cleaning, and guest area readiness.
- Support kitchen operations (basic prep, washing, packing) as assigned.
- Take instructions, follow recipes/processes, and maintain service speed.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Handle deliveries and stock placement following FIFO practices.
- Support customer service and coordinate with supervisors during peak hours.
- Use PPE where required and follow incident reporting procedures.
- Comply with UAE Health & Safety, food hygiene rules, and MOHRE requirements.
4. Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Hospitality experience in UAE/GCC preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
- Language: English required. Arabic is an advantage.
- MOFA Attestation: Not required for this role.
